UK Certification is committed to delivering a high-quality, professional, and supportive assessment and certification experience. We recognise that undertaking assessments can be challenging, and through close partnership with our Approved Centres, we promote an environment that supports Operatives to perform at their best.

Our certification process is efficient and reliable, providing a maximum eight working day turnaround from receipt of fully completed and verified documentation to certificate issue and data transfer to the relevant registration body. An optional Express Service, is available at additional cost through Approved Centres.

We provide advice and guidance for Operatives entering the industry, including support with entry requirements, required documentation, and selecting appropriate training courses and assessments aligned to their intended scope of work.

Approved Centres benefit from accessible technical support, prompt responses to queries, clear and user-friendly documentation, regular monitoring visits, and active representation at relevant industry and sector meetings.

UK Certification will, upon reasonable request, verify and provide information regarding whether an Operative holds a current, valid certificate and the scope of their certification, unless disclosure is prohibited by law.
