Becoming an Approved Centre

We have high expectations about the service we can provide, but we are also realistic and know that development takes time. As a minimum, you can expect :
• Centre procedures, standard forms and guidance documents written with the user in mind!
• Clear and concise assessment documentation, using the same format across all assessments,
• External verification / technical review of assessment paperwork on a rolling four weekly programme,
• Certificates to be issued within 21 days of receipt (of fully and correctly completed documentation),
• An express certification service (please note additional charges may apply),
• Certification decisions to be notified to the relevant authorities within 10 days of the certification decision.
• A simple charging structure.
• Certificate and card for all ACS assessments.
• Updates and information on changes to schemes, notification of changes to standards, codes of practice etc as soon as we know about them.
• Your views represented at industry body meetings.
