Becoming An Approved Centre

We would be pleased to talk to any centre interested in becoming approved with UK Certification. We have worked with established centres wishing to make a move into new areas of certification as well as centres setting up from scratch.

UK Certification has a wide range of approved scope covering the Domestic, Commercial, Catering, LPG and ESP ACS Gas categories and all OFTEC Oil sectors. Alongside this, we provide an extensive list of non-accredited assessments, such as Unvented/Vented Hot Water and ACOP courses. UK Certification are authorised by IGEM under the "Standards of Training in Gas Work" requirements as a "Recogniser of Training" you can therefore be assured that our new entrant qualification meets the industry requirements.

The application process is straightforward. Our Team will visit you once the application forms have been completed, talk to you about the areas of assessment you wish to run and advise you on the provision needed within the centre to meet the scheme and our requirements. You will be supported and advised throughout the process, from application through to approval audit. But it doesn’t stop there – regular contact and monitoring post approval helps you maintain the high levels of standards and service you want your customers to receive.
